Intro to Movement & Meditation for Stress Management Workshop

Learn how breathing habits contribute to your ease or tension. Learn how to create and integrate nutritious movement patterns that promote sensory motor awareness and erase sensory motor amnesia. Practice a collection of movements to help you achieve better balance, better alignment, and stability to help you move more efficiently through your daily living patterns. This class offers a combination of Gentle Somatic Yoga, Pilates, Feldenkrais, visualizations, and meditation.
