Freezing your membership allows you to continue to qualify for “Loyalty Membership Rates” if you currently have them. Cancelling your membership is also an option, but when you return you would be subject to the current membership rates at that time.

Use the freeze my membership button below to submit for a membership hold if you know you are not going to be able to use your membership for a prolonged period of time. Use the cancel/downgrade my membership button below to downgrade to a different membership type or cancel your membership completely. All membership change requests must be submitted no later than the 15th of the month prior to the effective month.
