Summer Camp Scholarship Fundraiser

Help send 10 KIDS to Summer Camp!

We believe every child deserves a safe place to build friendships through activity and play in a non-competitive setting. As a nonprofit, Family Wellness provides scholarships to ensure financial barriers don’t stand in the way of kids simply being kids. Will have a Square Board set up in the lobby – purchase a square to help us boost our scholarship fund to fuel adventure this summer. One lucky square will WIN a Family Wellness bundle with a FREE 2 month membership & training package!

$25 a square. 100 squares.  A full board sends 10 local kids to a week of camp! 

• Purchase – Donations can be made at the front desk.
• Squares – Members may purchase multiple squares – each square represents one entry into the drawing!
• Contact – Once donation is made, members can write their first name on the board and enter their contact information on the corresponding numbered line on the clipboard. 
• Drawing – Once the board is full, a number will be drawn. The winning number corresponds to the square on the board and the matching contact info on the clipboard will be contacted.
