Farro Grain Bowl with Roasted Squash and Lemon Garlic Vinaigrette
Ingredients
1 cup Prepared farro
½ cup Steamed kale
 ½ cup Roasted butternut squash
 ½ cup white beans
2 tbsp Feta 
2 tbsp Lemon garlic vinaigrette 
1 tbsp Sunflower seeds
Make Your Own Lemon Garlic Vinaigrette
Juice of one Lemon 
2 cloves of Garlic finely minced
1/3 cup Olive oil
2 tsp Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper
Prepare vinaigrette by combining all ingredients in mason jar and shaking well to combine
To assemble grain bowl, create a base of farro and top with vegetables, beans and feta. Drizzle with vinaigrette and top with sunflower seeds.
