How to Make Avocado Chocolate Mousse

Melissa, Healthy Cooking Instructor was on North Dakota Today showing us all how to make a tasty yet healthy dessert just in time for Valentine’s Day!

Here’s What You Need:

• 2 ripe avocados
• 1/2 cup light coconut milk
• 1/4 cup cocoa powder
• 1/4 cup honey
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/4 teaspoon cardamom
• Pinch of sea salt
• Unsweetened coconut for garnish

Here’s What You Do:

1. Combine all ingredients in food processor,
2. Blend until completely mixed
3. In small dish, add chocolate mousse and top with coconut and fresh raspberries
