Trauma & Resilience Yoga is a specialized practice that recognizes how stress and trauma can be stored in the body. Through slow, intentional movement, grounding techniques, and guided breath, participants are invited to explore movement in a way that feels safe and supportive. The focus is not on perfect poses, but on personal experience—helping individuals increase body awareness, reduce tension, and cultivate resilience both physically and emotionally.
