Puppy Pilates

This Giving Hearts Day, join us for Puppy Pilates in support of Family Wellness and 4 Luv of Dog Rescue. This playful, low-pressure class is designed for all experience levels and focuses on gentle movement, core strength and connection. Bring a mat or towel and enjoy a fun, welcoming environment – complete with sweet, adoptable puppies popping in to say hello throughout the session. Together, we’ll move with purpose and support a great cause. 

 

Location: Family Wellness – Multipurpose Room. Open to members & non-members!
All proceeds go to Family Wellness and 4 Luv of Dog Rescue.
