April Referral Program

Love Family Wellness? Invite your friends to workout with you! We are running a member referral program the entire month of April with BIG savings for new members and an opportunity to win a FREE one month membership for our Family Wellness fans!

Any current active Family Wellness member that refers a friend to join Family Wellness will receive a FREE T-shirt and their name will be entered in a giveaway for a FREE one month membership. Each referred member you bring in gets you another entry in the giveaway. The referred member will receive 10% off their first full month (May).

How to redeem: Each Friday, we will send out an email to all members with a “Referral Ticket” image to forward on to your friends, family or anyone you think would benefit from our facility! The referred member just has to show that image at the front desk to redeem BIG savings on their membership! Once the referred member has purchased their membership, our team will enter you into the giveaway and contact you to get your FREE Family Wellness T-shirt!

Not receiving the emails? Are you a current active Family Wellness member, but not receiving the promotional emails? Fill out the form below to update your email in our system! You should receive an email from one of our staff members with the “Referral Ticket” within 48 hours!  

*10% discount offer only valid for new or returning members, current active members not eligible. Fargo location only. Monthly membership options only. Offer expires April 30 at 8:00PM. Must redeem offer in person with one of our member relations staff. Upon redemption, our staff will verify status of the current active member. Prorated membership dues for April must be paid up-front and 10% discount will be applied to May dues.
