Are you looking for ways to improve your game? Join us in learning MELT moves to warm up your spine, shoulders, wrists, and hips. Use these techniques after your game to decompress & restore fluids to connective tissue which will help relieve pain and stiffness from repetitive movements or before your game as a pre-treatment to open the shoulder joint, improve grip, while establishing balance and stability.
