Fencing Workshop Pop-Up

Join us for a high-energy, one-day fencing experience designed to build skills, strength, and confidence! This workshop combines fun, fitness, and focused training for a full day of action. Whether you’re new to fencing or looking to sharpen your skills, this workshop offers the perfect mix of fun and focused training.
Part 1: Warm-Ups & Games (10:00-11:45 AM | BB Court)
We’ll kick things off with dynamic warm-ups to get everyone moving, followed by high-energy games like dodgeball to build agility, teamwork, and quick reactions. Mental strategy games will sharpen focus and decision making skills – perfect for participants who enjoy active play, even if they’re newer to fencing.
Part 2: Strength & Conditioning (12:00-1:00 PM)
Train with a personal trainer in a workout specifically designed for fencers. This session emphasizes strength, endurance, balance, and coordination – key components for improving performance on the strip.
Part 3: Fencing Training (1:15-3:00 PM | Group Fitness Room #2)
Put skills into action with focused fencing instruction. Participants will work on footwork to develop speed and precision, along with drills to reinforce technique and build confidence in movement.
