Participants who attend all eight sessions will receive a Veteran Passport entry for a chance to win a free one-month Family Wellness membership or gift card. After 8 weeks, start again.  This program will start the first Wednesday of the next month.

This program is free for veterans and is open exclusively to those who have served in the military. Veterans are welcome to bring a friend or support person, who may participate by purchasing a FLEX Pass, day pass, or Family Wellness membership. Whether you’re looking to stay active, meet other veterans, or explore new ways to support your well-being, Salute to Strength is a great place to start.

WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 16
WEEK 2

Circuit Training

We will begin the session with an introduction to the weight machines, learning how to properly adjust and use them safely and effectively. Our small group fitness classes provide a supportive and motivating environment where participants receive personalized attention while still enjoying the energy of working out with others. With a limited number of participants, each session allows the coach to focus on proper form, individual goals, and modifications for different fitness levels, helping everyone build confidence and improve safely.
