This Giving Hearts Day, come practice yoga all while supporting Family Wellness’s Inspire Wellness Initiative and 4 Luv of Dog Rescue. You can expect a lighthearted and casual atmosphere that’s great for beginners to advanced participants. Please bring a mat or towel and be prepared to be greeted by plenty of adorable, adoptable puppies as you are lead through this fun introductory class.
Location: Family Wellness – Multipurpose Room.
