Mindful Mat
Tuesdays | November 18 – December 23 | 9:15-10:15AM
Join us for a Mindful Mat workout on the water. Drawing from Pilates, yoga, body weight exercises and centering practices we will challenge stability and focus each week.
Adaptable for any level but participants should be able to kneel and/or stand for best results.
Important Details:
- Registration is required through the Family Wellness website.
- Arrive at least 5 minutes before class to secure your spot. Late arrivals may forfeit their place.
- Clothing Requirements: Please wear shorts, leggings, sports bras, or tanks made from polyester spandex or swimsuit material. Cotton clothing, swimsuits, or bikinis are not permitted. Participants who don’t meet the clothing requirements will not be allowed to participate that day.

Registration required prior to class due to limited equipment. You can register for classes by clicking on the class that you would like to attend on the Group Fitness Schedule and clicking “Sign Up” on the right side. You will need to create a login and password for these classes.
