Little Yogis

Join us for a playful 6-week journey into yoga designed just for little movers! In Little Yogis, children ages 5–7 will explore yoga through imagination, storytelling, music, and movement. Each class will introduce basic yoga poses, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques in a fun, interactive environment. Kids will build balance, strength, coordination, and focus while learning tools for calming their minds and expressing creativity. Whether we’re stretching like animals, flying through space, or moving through the seasons, every week is a new adventure on the mat!
