Join us for a Healthy Cooking partnership with NDSU Meat Science! Attendees will learn how to select, trim, season, and cook a beef prime rib roast. Discussion will also include the importance of cooking to temperature and explore less expensive roast options (strip loin beef roast) for your traditional holiday dinner. Bring your appetite! All attendees will receive a complimentary dial thermometer and will be able to sample prime rib and rosemary-garlic potatoes. Ages 16+
