Family Wellness is continuing to support Silver Sneakers, Silver and Fit, and Renew Active. In 2022, we will also be adding One Pass as a supplement option.
Several insurance providers have changed the wellness supplement that is associated with their plan so please check with your insurance provider to find out if you need to update your plan with us.
Updates to your insurance number in your membership may be needed by the end of January in order to maintain your membership.
- Silver and Fit users need to update their membership annually. If you access Family Wellness using the Silver and Fit membership type, please stop by the front desk sometime between January 10th – January 31st to make an update in your account.
- If you are switching from Silver Sneakers or Renew Active to One Pass we ask that you bring your new code in to Family Wellness between January 10th – January 31st so that we can make the appropriate changes in your account.
- If you are currently on a Silver Sneakers membership and your insurance is continuing with the Silver Sneakers program in 2022, there is no action needed.
