Rate Changes for 2022
Thank you for being a member at Family Wellness. We as a team love to see you and your families inspired to new levels of fitness and wellness. We strive to serve you well with a premier member experience and to inspire healthy lifestyles by connecting people in a fun environment.
As we look to the future and plan to continue to provide the high level of service you have come to expect from Family Wellness, our rates will have a modest increase effective January 1st, 2022. The new rates are as follows:
Monthly Rates Beginning January 1st
- Individual: $63 per Month
- Family/Household: $103 per Month
- Family/Household with Childcare: $136 per Month
Members on a monthly credit card or bank draft will see this increase on their January billing.
If you are a Loyalty Member, your rate will remain the same for the remainder of the 2022 year as long as you have and continue to maintain your membership from January of 2020.
Need Based Memberships are available for individuals or families with financial need. Applications are available at the front desk or on our website.
We appreciate your membership at Family Wellness, and are excited to continue to support our members and community in meeting and exceeding their health and wellness goals.
All membership change requests must be submitted no later than the 15th of the month prior to the effective month.
