    Take working out to a whole new level. FloatNFIT classes are a total body strength conditioning, aerobic workout using floating fitmats on the water. This interval-based class combines body weight exercises designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and challenge your balance. Suggested clothing: shorts, leggings, sport bras, tanks or any other spandex/polyester type material. Due to the nature of the exercises being done no swimsuits, bikini’s or cotton. Note: If requirements for clothing are not met participants will not be allowed to participate that day. Class size is limited. Registration is required.

    • Fridays, April 13th – May 18th from 12:00PM – 1:00PM

    After successfully completing a Level 1 FloatNFit 6 week course you are ready to move to the next level.  FloatNFit Level 2 continues to build on the techniques & skills learned in Level 1.  By continual development of the core and stabilizing muscles you will continue to improve your balance while sitting, kneeling or standing not to mention keeping the floating fun going! 

    Suggested clothing: shorts, leggings, sport bras, tanks or any other spandex/polyester type material. Due to the nature of the exercises being done, no swimsuits, bikinis or cotton allowed. Note: If requirements for clothing are not met participants will not be allowed to participate that day. Class size is limited. Registration is required.

    Prerequisite: FloatNFit – Level 1 required
