Junior Yogis
Thursdays | September 25 – October 30 | 5:45 – 6:30PM
This 6-week Junior Yogis program introduces children ages 8–10 to the foundations of yoga in a supportive, engaging, and age-appropriate way. Each class blends movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and relaxation, helping kids improve flexibility, focus, and body awareness while developing tools for managing stress and emotions. Through creative sequences, partner poses, games, and guided relaxation, students will gain confidence, strength, and an understanding of how yoga can support both their physical and emotional well-being. This class is a great introduction to wellness practices and encourages positivity, presence, and self-expression – on and off the mat.
No experience needed – just a curious mind and a willingness to play.
