In this class, you’ll explore three essential pillars of healthy, functional movement:
- Rest – Discover how your brain processes new movement patterns through moments of stillness, contrast, and reflection. Learn how rest isn’t just recovery—it’s part of how we learn and rewire better habits.
- Breathe – Uncover how your breathing patterns influence tension, stress, and ease in the body. You’ll be guided through breathwork that supports relaxation, posture, and efficient movement.
