Intro to Group Fitness Series: Learn about new classes before trying one!
The Intro to Group Fitness series allows you to learn about specific classes before showing up to your first one! The first half of each intro class teaches you the technique, equipment and activity you will do for that class format. The second half will be a mini version of an actual class so you can experience what the exercises will be like. These Intro classes will prepare you to walk into your next group fitness class with confidence! No sign up necessary. Free for members | Day pass for non-members

  • Intro to ZeSa – Saturday, October 18 | 10:30 – 11:30AM
    Curious about ZESA but not sure where to start? Feeling a little intimidated by the format? You’re not alone – and we’ve got just the class for you! Intro to ZESA is designed to help new and returning participants feel confident and prepared. This beginner-friendly class breaks down the foundational techniques, movements, and equipment used in a typical ZESA class, all at a slower, more instructional pace. You’ll learn proper form, safety cues, and smart modifications for each movement. The class wraps up with a short sample workout so you can experience the energy of ZESA in a supported, non-intimidating environment.   • Intro to BODYPUMP® – Saturday, October 25 | 10:30AM – 12:00PM
    Never been to a BODYPUMP class? Maybe find it a bit intimidating? These basic classes deliver a great introduction to the format and will assist participants, new to BODYPUMP, to become familiar with the Les Mills program as they perform simple movements while being introduced to proper form. Intro classes focus on the fundamentals of each exercise, modifications, safety, cues, and the foundational techniques of BODYPUMP followed by a small sample class. It’s the perfect class to explore at a steady and structured pace to help prepare you for a regular BODYPUMP class. Already attending classes? No problem! This class is for all fitness levels so if you regularly attend BODYPUMP classes this would be a great way to freshen up on your form.
  • Intro to Cycling – Saturday, November 1 | 10:15 – 11:15AM
    These basic classes deliver a great introduction to the class and will assist participants, new to Cycling, to become familiar with the format as they perform the exercises while being introduced to proper form. Intro classes focus on the fundamentals of each exercise, modifications, safety, cues, and the foundational techniques of Cycling followed by a small sample class. It’s the perfect class to explore Cycling at a steady and structured pace to help prepare you for a regular Cycling class. Already attending Cycling classes? No problem! This class is for all fitness levels so if you regularly attend Cycling classes this would be a great way to freshen up on your form.
  • Intro to CORE™ – Saturday, November 8 | 10:30 – 11:30AM

    New to Les Mills CORE™ or feeling a little unsure about jumping in? You’re not alone – and that’s exactly why we created Intro to Les Mills CORE™. This beginner-friendly session is designed to help you feel confident and ready by breaking down the foundational moves, equipment, and techniques used in a typical Les Mills CORE™ class – all at a slower, more instructional pace. You’ll learn proper form, safety tips, and smart modifications for each movement, while gaining a better understanding of how CORE helps build strength, stability, and posture through targeted core training. The class wraps up with a short sample workout so you can experience the energy, coaching, and music that make CORE so motivating – without the pressure.
