The Intro to ZeSa class is a slow gradual introduction to ZeSa instability training and what it can do for you.  The ZeSa Certified trainers will take you step by step through the ZeSa equipment usage and show modifications for things you will experience in a regular ZeSa Class to help you feel more comfortable with the equipment.  All fitness levels welcome.  Come and Play!

ZeSa Strength & Power provides all the benefits of dynamic instability balance training (also known as neuromuscular training) with your own bodyweight, free weights, and strength movements for a functional full-body workout.   This is a low to no impact class that will challenge and improve your balance and flexibility, while also building strength, power, and endurance with a heavy emphasis on core engagement.

All moves in the class will be done utilizing ZeSa’s Patented Activator Training Platforms® which provide instability plus 360°-degree rotation for maximum muscle recruitment, joint stabilization, and a true mind/body workout.

No prior experience using ZeSa’s devices is necessary for this class, and it’s suitable for ALL fitness levels and abilities.  Equipment options and modifications are offered to provide all class participants with a great experience.

ZeSa classes are done barefoot to provide sensory feedback from your feet throughout your neuromuscular system for benefits including injury prevention, proprioception, skeleton alignment, and muscle synchronization. Regular socks cannot be used but sticky socks are allowed
