Elevate your fitness routine with FloatNFit – an 8-week specialty class that challenges your body and mind like never before! This unique total body workout takes place on floating FitMats in the water, combining strength conditioning, cardio, and balance training. You’ll perform bodyweight exercises in a dynamic, interval-based format designed to tone muscles, improve endurance, and enhance stability. From squats to crunches, every move feels different – and more effective – on the water!
This class offers a fun and challenging way to build strength while keeping your routine fresh and exciting. No swimming experience is necessary, but be prepared to get a little wet!
- Registration required – space is limited due to equipment availability. To register, visit the Group Fitness Schedule on the Family Wellness website.
- Arrive at least 5 minutes before class to secure your spot. Late arrivals may forfeit their place.
- Clothing Requirements: Please wear shorts, leggings, sports bras, or tanks made from polyester spandex or swimsuit material. Cotton clothing, swimsuits, or bikinis are not permitted. Participants who don’t meet the clothing requirements will not be allowed to participate that day.
