Payments and Donations
When you make a payment or donation, Family Wellness, L.L.C. collects only enough information to process your payment or donation and does not use the information for any other purpose. Your payment information is transmitted to Family Wellness, L.L.C. using a secure internet method that helps ensure the privacy of this information. During the time your payment information resides on Family Wellness, L.L.C. computers, it is in an encrypted format and can only be accessed by authorized personnel with a decryption key.Payments or donations should never be sent to email addresses found on these websites or otherwise, as email is not secure.
Online registration for programs and services follows the same policy as in person or phone registrations. If you must cancel, Family Wellness, L.L.C. can give a full credit gift certificate only if you notify its office at least 24 hours prior to the first class. Credits after the first class has begun will be given only in extreme circumstances and will be subject to a $5 processing fee. In the unlikely event that your program or class is cancelled by Family Wellness, L.L.C., it will give a full refund.
Family Wellness, L.L.C. is a service organization and does not sell material goods over the internet. As a result, it does not do any shipping.
