NextGen Pilates

Designed for preteens and early teens, NextGen Pilates is a 6-week program that blends traditional Pilates techniques with age-appropriate challenges to improve core strength, posture, flexibility, and athletic performance. Each class focuses on body awareness, stability, and controlled movement – ideal for active teens, athletes, or anyone wanting to build strength from the inside out. Breathwork and mindfulness are also woven into the sessions to help reduce stress and increase focus, both on and off the mat.

No experience needed – just a willingness to move, grow, and get stronger!
