Pilates Junior

Pilates Junior is a 6-week program designed to help kids build strength, coordination, and confidence through the fundamentals of Pilates. This class introduces core exercises in a fun and engaging way, incorporating posture work, breath awareness, and dynamic movement designed for growing bodies. Kids will improve flexibility, balance, and body control while learning how to move with purpose and focus. We’ll also mix in light equipment and games to keep things fresh and fun each week.
Perfect for all fitness levels – no prior Pilates experience needed!
