Join us for our education series, “Meaty Monday” in partnership with the NDSU Meat Science Program. Ages 16+. Learn essential techniques for mastering the grill, from perfecting your meat prep to achieving the ideal cook on every cut. Don’t miss this delicious, hands-on experience!
We fire up the Weber, Big Green Egg, propane grill, Blackstone griddle, and pellet grill for a hands-on discussion about the pros and cons of each. But that’s just the beginning – come hungry!
- Burger Blind Taste Test | We’ll be cooking burgers on charcoal, propane, and flat-top grills. Can you tell the difference? Put your taste buds to the test in a blind tasting!
- Pork Chop Perfection | Taste and compare medium rare, medium well, and well done pork chops fresh off the grill.
- Take-Home Gift | All attendees will receive a meat thermometer to help you grill like a pro at home.
