Mondays from 12:00PM – 12:45PM and the 1st and 3rd Tuesday from 6:35PM – 7:20PM
This full body circuit class will help new moms and moms to be to stay strong and healthy before and after delivery. These exercises are designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during this exciting time in your life. The class will include elements of cardio, strength, flexibility, and balance training.

Join us for baby wearing barre class! The instructor will lead you in a fun and challenging workout while you wear your baby in a carrier, wrap, or whatever your heart desires. Pregnant?
