Join Family Wellness for a New Year’s fitness challenge to transform your lifestyle and support the health of our community! This 6 week fitness and fundraising challenge encourages participants to set fitness goals and be active while also giving back. Every step counts, whether you’re walking, running, biking or taking part in another fitness activity. Participants are challenged to record 10 miles per week towards our collective fitness goal and encouraged to raise funds towards our overall fundraising goal. All funds raised go towards the Inspire Wellness Initiative which provides need based wellness programs to help people cook well, move well, and live well for life.
Challenge Dates: Monday, January 11th – Friday, February 19th
Registration Fee: $25.00
• Included is an app/website that can automatically track your activity by integrating with your fitness tracker or phone (or manually upload your steps/miles)
• Receive weekly challenge videos and exercise tips
• Participate as an individual or create and join a team and compete as a team
• Weekly prize drawings for those that reach 10 miles each week and those that have collected donations in the week
GRAND PRIZE for the individual and team with the most miles AND the individual and team with the most dollars raised. The grand prize winners receive a 4 month Family Wellness membership and can also gift a 4 month Family Wellness membership to another individual or family – over $700 value!
