This class is for independent movers (no walkers, canes, etc) who are ready for a continuous movement at a faster pace. Activities include dance, boxing and circuit style drills to work on balance, strength and agility. Participants must be able to get on and off the floor without assistance. Before attending, participants must meet with a PD Trainer 1 on 1 for a mobility assessment. Need based membership applications are available at the front desk for financial assistance or print one from our website. Classes are held in Group Fitness 1 unless otherwise specified.
