Family Wellness offers Medical Education classes at our facility the first Wednesday of the month. There will be a new topic and speaker each meeting time. This will be a 30 minute presentation followed by Q & A.

This month’s topic: Mindful Nutrition: Breaking the Emotional Eating Pattern

Stress, anxiety, depression, boredom…the are all factors that can inhibit our ability to make healthy nutrition choices. This class will focus on using mindfulness techniques, portion control tips and behavioral changes in order to curb emotional over or under-eating.
