In today’s fast paced environment it is easy to make living healthy complicated with so much nutrition and fitness information coming at us from all directions. This small group workshop was designed to help you break it down to the basics of health and wellness by learning ideas for eating healthy, trying a variety of fitness formats, and finding ways to create healthy habits that last.

Take Away Objectives:

  • Evaluate your current health and wellness lifestyle.
  • Setting realistic and sustainable wellness goals
  • Developing a meal plan that works for your current lifestyle
  • Finding a fitness plan that is suitable to your needs

Program Schedule:

  • Week 1: Goal Setting (Tuesday); TRX training and Recovery Stretching (Thursday)
  • Week 2: Macronutrients and Fad Diets (Tuesday); Cardio Intervals (HIIT) and Yoga (Thursday)
  • Week 3: Balanced Eating and Meal Planning (Tuesday); Muscle Fitness and Pilates (Thursday)
  • Week 4: Mindful Eating and Behavior Modification (Tuesday); Circuit Training and Foam Rolling (Thursday)

This program is led by Erin Walters, RDN, LRD – Registered Dietitian and is appropriate for all fitness levels.
