Move Better, Feel Better is a unique 8 week program designed to help you move easier, feel better, and live a lifestyle with less pain. Our Personal Trainer Gary will lead participants through 5 components of fitness: strength, cardio, balance, flexibility and mobility. By improving these 5 areas your everyday life habits will be easier to complete, leading to feeling better and moving better.
