HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Small Group Training is all about making your body your machine. A hybrid of strength training, Core
and sometimes cardio bursts for a full body burn that will leave your metabolism in overdrive. This class incorporates TRX body weight
exercises with functional equipment, resistance bands, slam balls, kettlebells and more!
