Teens and Pre-Teens

A Parent’s Role In Puberty | Thursday, January 16th 

Participants will learn about the basics of the puberty process and situations that may come along with it such as body image, mood swings and risky behaviors. Parents will learn the importance of creating a healthy atmosphere and how to start an open conversation about puberty.
