Family Wellness, in partnership with Sanford Health will be offering Medical Education classes at our facility. These classes will happen every first Wednesday of the month. There will be a new topic and speaker each meeting time. Classes start at 10:30 in our Wellness Education room. This will be a 30 minute presentation followed by 30 minutes of Q & A.

Senior Fitness-HIIT Training | Wednesday, April 3rd from 10:30AM to 11:30AM | We will learn about HIIT training and how it can help seniors live a more fit life. Understanding Inflammation/Arthritis | Wednesday, May 1st from 10:30AM to 11:30AM | A Discussion of what causes inflammation and or arthritis and how it affects the body.
