    Float yoga classes take your love for yoga to the next level by moving it to the water. This class takes place on floating fit mats and combines hatha yoga and vinyasa yoga asanas. Practicing yoga on the water improves your balance and flexibility while encouraging being fully present in the moment and some humility for the occasional dip into the water. Suggested clothing: shorts, leggings, sport bras, tanks or any other spandex/polyester type material. Due to the nature of the exercises being done, no swimsuits, bikinis or cotton allowed. Note: If requirements for clothing are not met participants will not be allowed to participate that day. Class size is limited. Registration is required.

    Level 2

    • Wednesdays, April 11th – May 16th from 8:00AM – 9:00AM

    After successfully completing a Level 1 Float Yoga 6 week course you are ready to move to the next level.  Float Yoga Level 2 continues to build on the techniques & skills of hatha yoga and vinyasa yoga asanas (poses) learned in Level 1.  By continual development of the core & stabilizing muscles in the body you will continue to improve your balance while sitting, kneeling or standing and even help your land yoga practice to improve, not to mention keeping the floating fun going! 

    Suggested clothing: shorts, leggings, sport bras, tanks or any other spandex/polyester type material. Due to the nature of the exercises being done, no swimsuits, bikinis or cotton allowed. Note: If requirements for clothing are not met participants will not be allowed to participate that day. Class size is limited. Registration is required.

    Prerequisite: Float Yoga – Level 1 required
