Join us for a series of classes offering a guide to your Gut Health.
Week 1: Intro to probiotic health; we will discuss what probiotic health is and what it means to you, topics of discussion will include Digestion, Immune health and Cognitive function. *We will learn about Kombucha, start a batch and it will ferment over the course of the series(the next two weeks).
Week 2: Building Probiotic Health; how to build up your micro flora (gut health). *This week we will learn about kefir and how to make it.
Week 3: Maintaining Probiotic Health; once you’ve established a healthy micro flora, how can you maintain the probiotic health. *This week we will learn about beet kavass and how to make it.
