FloatNFit Level 1

Take working out to a whole new level. Float FIT – 4 week specialty courses are a total body strength conditioning, aerobic workout using floating fitmats on the water. This interval-based class combines body weight exercise with intervals, designed to tone your body, improve your endurance, and challenge your balance, while clearing your mind. Squats and crunches will never feel the same again. This is one effective workout! 

Required clothing: shorts, leggings, sport bras, or tanks. Due to the nature of the exercises being done, no swimsuits or bikini’s.  Acceptable clothing items are shorts, leggings, sport bras or tanks. Material must be polyester spandex or swimsuit type material. No cotton. Note: If requirements for clothing are not met participants will not be allowed to participate that day.

Float Yoga Level 1 

  • Wednesdays, March 20th – April 10th from 5:45AM to 6:45AM
  • Wednesdays, April 24th – May 15th from 5:45AM to 6:45AM

Float yoga classes take your love for yoga to the next level by moving it to the water. This class takes place on floating fit mats and combines hatha yoga and vinyasa yoga asanas. Practicing yoga on the water improves your balance and flexibility while encouraging being fully present in the moment and some humility for the occasional dip into the water. Suggested clothing: shorts, leggings, sport bras, tanks or any other spandex/polyester type material. Due to the nature of the exercises being done, no swimsuits, bikinis or cotton allowed. Note: If requirements for clothing are not met participants will not be allowed to participate that day. Class size is limited. Registration is required.

Wonder what it’s like to be on an Aqua Stability Board? Well here’s your chance! Come and play on the Float Boards for 20 min to try them out! Sara, our instructor, will lead you through a few basic exercises so you can get the feel of what it’s like. Being on the water improves your balance and flexibility while encouraging being fully present in the moment and some humility for the occasional dip into the water so be prepared to get wet.
