We are excited to offer Boot Camps specific to youth (ages 8-12) and teens (ages 13-18) this summer!

Youth Boot Camp | Tuesdays and Thursdays, June 5th – July 19th from 9:00AM – 9:45AM

Youth Boot Camp is a fun 6 week course designed to provide engaging games and activites while getting a workout.  Molly, who carries a youth specialization personal training certificate will cover a variety of fitness topics, including proper warm- up and cool down, strethcing, balance, body weight activities and core work.Kids aged 8-12 years are encouraged to sign up.  There will not be class during the week of July 4th

Teen Boot Camp | Tuesdays and Thursdays, June 5th -July 19th from 10:00AM – 10:45AM

Teen Boot Camp is a fun 6 week course designed to work on a variety of fitness principles.  Molly who carries a youth specialization personal training certificate will cover topics on properwarm-up and cool down techniques, stretching, body weight activities, core work, balance, plyometric and agility.  Kids aged 13-18 of age are encouraged to sign up.  Class size is limited to 8 individuals.  There will not be class during the week of July 4th
