After School Healthy Cooking Program | Tuesdays, February 20th – March 27th or Wednesdays, February 21st – March 28th from 3:15PM – 4:15PM | Family Wellness wants to invite you to join us in the kitchen this school year with our After School Healthy Cooking Program! This hands on learning experience will have you slicing and dicing your way to become the next top chef! It is a 6 class program that allows kids to cook and taste test a new recipe each day. So grab your apron and a spatula and come see what we are stirring up in the Family Wellness After School Healthy Cooking Program!
Strawberry Banana Muffins | Tuesday, February 20th from 6:00PM – 7:00PM | Strawberry Banana Muffins make a sweet treat for any fun occasion.
Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins | Saturday, March 3rd from 10:00AM – 11:00AM | We will learn how to measure, stir, mix and bake muffins while learning tips to make baked goods healthier for you.
Banana Split Bites | Sunday, March 11th from 3:00PM – 4:00PM | These are a fun spin on a classic treat and healthy snack for kids!
Easter Egg Chicks with Yogurt Bark | Saturday, March 17th from 10:00AM – 11:00AM | We will learn how to make these adorable and healthy hard boiled Easter egg chicks and frozen yogurt fruit bark!

Salads in a Snap | Thursday, March 1st from 6:00PM – 7:30PM | Looking for fresh meal ideas as Spring is closely approaching? We will get creative with herbs and grains to create salads that use more than ordinary lettuce!
