Seasonal Cooking: Fall Flavors | Wednesday, October 4th from 6:00-7:30 PM | Cook with the flavors of the fall! Autumn is the time for squash, apples, and sage. We will prepare some fantastic dishes to showcase the fall bounty. $12 members/ $20 nonmembers. Ages 15+. Please register 48 hours in advance.

Profile Approved Meals | Wednesday, October 18th from 6:00-7:30 PM | Sanford Profile is a great program for weight management, but sometimes thinking of recipes that work with the plan can be a challenge. Let’s get creative with veggies. $12 members/ $20 nonmembers. Ages 15+. Please register 48 hours in advance.

Crockpot Freezer Meals | Saturday, October 21st from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM | You provide the meat, and we provide the rest! We will assemble Chicken Fajita Quinoa Soup, Pot Roast and Veggies, and Chicken Cacciatore. 2 lbs. of chicken breasts and 1, 3 lb. beef roast required, but not needed at class time. Add the meat at home before freezing. $20 members/$28 non-members. Ages 15+. Please register 48 hours in advance.

Kids: Edible Arrangements | Saturday, October 14th from 10:00-11:00 AM | You bring a sturdy cup and we will fill it with a beautiful arrangement of fruit kebobs created by you to take home! $12 members/$20 nonmembers. Ages 5+, 5-7 needs to be accompanied by an adult-up to 2 kids per adult. Please register 48 hours in advance.
